This is a direct replacement kit to convert your Porsche 964 engine to ITB's, like a Porsche RSR.
You have the choice between air whistles or a plenum-style intake manifold based on the Porsche 996 intake manifolds.
This is included in the kit:
- 6x Full Billet, Hard Anodized ITB's with Stainless Steel Lever Assembly
- 2x Fuel Rails with mounting hardware
- 1x Throttle actuator hard anodized with 2 throttle connecting rods made of stainless steel
- 1x Throttle Position Sensor with mounting hardware
- All necessary mounting hardware and fittings.
We produce the ITBs in 2 different sizes:
- Tapered ITB: 42mm-41.5mm (42mm is the size of the butterfly valve, 41.5mm is the diameter of the inlet port)
- Tapered ITB: 48mm-41.5mm (48mm is the size of the butterfly valve, 41.5mm is the diameter of the inlet port)

All parts in this kit are machined from a single piece of 6082 aluminum and are anodized or hard anodized to make them more wear resistant.
The mounting hardware and other components are made of stainless steel. The fuel rails are made of aluminum 6060 extrusion profile and are supplied with AN6 ORB connection for the fuel lines.
Throttle linkage and all mounting hardware are made of stainless steel. The throttle linkage pivots are made with a ball and socket system for smooth operation. The throttle actuator has a bearing for long life. You can also use the OEM throttle linkage cable. You will need to cut off the rigid portion of the cable end and install a cable nipple to connect the cable to the throttle actuator. All aluminum parts of the throttle actuator are machined from 6082 aluminum and are hard anodized.
The levers allow you to adjust and fine tune the mechanical movement of the ITBs. KMS injectors, fuel lines, standalone ECU and wiring harness are NOT included in the kit, but work together.
