The Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, with the exception of used electronic parts and parts related to the fuel system.

During this period, you may do anything with the product that is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. You may take the product out of the packaging unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the additional costs.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the product.

If you have ordered multiple goods in one order with different delivery times, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the last product or part.

If you have agreed with us on a regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you physically takes possession of the first product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to send us an email, with or without the model withdrawal form, to info@vankronenburg.nl. You must return the products no later than 14 days after sending the email.

We ask that you return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.

Refund

In the case of a withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including the delivery costs for the initial shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will refund you with the same payment method you used, unless you agree to another method.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We estimate these costs to be a maximum of €25.
