Individual Throttle Body Kit Honda K-series 65mm

This custom throttle body kit has been developed to the highest specifications to enhance engine performance with increased airflow, for example, for your Honda K20, K24, or even K27 engine. The kit is completely designed and CNC-machined in-house and can be mounted directly to the engine cylinder head. All guides are equipped with bearings for optimal operation. The shafts also feature top-quality bearings and seals for maximum durability. For optimal protection, the throttle body is hard-anodized to withstand the test of time. The throttle butterfly and idle bypass system are independently adjustable for the best possible tuning. The throttle linkage is available for both LHD and RHD applications. The kit consists of:

• 1 x KMS billet intake manifold with all necessary mounting hardware
• 4x KMS single 65mm high airflow throttle bodies including all necessary components and stainless steel hardware, ranging from 55mm to 65mm
• 1x KMS fuel filter rail (optional 2nd fuel filter rail if staged injection is required), suitable for a wide range of injectors
• 4x KMS air coils, 45 mm long (alternative 90 mm size also available). Longer coils can deliver more torque; consult your engine manufacturer.
• 1x KMS direct fuel pressure regulator
• 1x KMS throttle position sensor (TPS)
