Throttle body Kit Honda k-series 65mm

This bespoke throttle body kit has been developed to the highest specifications to improve engine performance with increased airflow, for example for your K20 or K27 (4 cylinders completely rebuilt and bored K20) engine. The kit has been completely designed and CNC machined in-house and can be mounted directly to the engine cylinder head. All guides are fitted with bearings for optimum operation. The shafts are also fitted with top quality bearings and seals for maximum durability. For optimum protection the throttle body is hard anodised to withstand the test of time. The throttle butterfly and idle bypass system are independently adjustable for the best possible match. The throttle linkage is available for both LHD and RHD applications. The kit consists of:

• 1 x KMS billet intake manifold with all necessary mounting hardware
• 4x KMS single 65mm throttle bodies for high airflow, including all necessary components and stainless steel hardware, ranging from 55mm to 65mm
• 1x KMS fuel filter rail (optional 2nd fuel filter rail if staged injection is required), suitable for a wide range of injectors
• 4x KMS air coils 45mm length (alternative size 90mm length also available). Longer coils can deliver more torque, consult engine builder.
• 1x KMS direct fuel pressure regulator
• 1x KMS Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
